Project Description:

The works comprise of the design and construction of a 50,000ft² facility for the storage of fish meal for Forth Ports Ltd.

Works Included:

• Formation of Asphalt Access Road
• Formation of Concrete Hardstanding
• Formation of Pile mat
• Installation of 136 No 250Sq Concrete Friction Piles
• Installation of Ring Beam foundations
• Installation of storm surface water drainage system
• Erection of 240T of Structural Steelwork
• Erection of single skin clad roof and walls
• Installation of pedestrian doors and vehicle access doors
• Installation of perimeter precast concrete push walls and internal precast concrete rocket walls.
• Installation of mechanical and electrical works including lighting, fire main and fire alarm system
• Installation of concrete floor slab
• Installation of industrial PVC curtain
