Project Description:

Conversion of former derelict cash and carry into new HQ for National Theatre of Scotland. Creating new offices, recording studio, workshops and rehearsal rooms.

Works Included:

  • Remove existing Asbestos roof and cladding. Remove existing floor slab and services.
  • Erect new steelwork thus creating new mezzanine floor level.
  • Fit new roof coverings and cladding including electric Velux window and aluminium window/screen to elevations.
  • Supply and installation of Biomass Boiler
  • New internal and external drainage systems. Install new passenger lift. 4 new concrete and metal stairs.
  • Internal fit out comprises of new acoustic partitions, ceilings, screen/doors Inc. ironmongery, lighting, heating, painting and floor coverings.
  • External works comprise of new pedestrian ramp, car parking, foot paths, external lighting and landscaping surrounding the canal area.
