Project Description:

The construction of a steel framed 1876m² warehouse containing 3 separate units within.

Works Included:

  • Each unit with welfare facilities (disabled WC, WC & kitchen) and an M&E a package.
  • M&E package provided sockets throughout the unit, lighting, gas heaters and plumbing to the facilities.
  • Externally there is a concrete hardstand provided for HGV entry with a rear entry porous car park.
  • The building envelope is constructed with Kingspan roof panels, Kingspan vertical cladding panels and micro rib horizontal panels.
  • The building is then complete with each unit containing a front overhead door, personnel fire exit door and a rear entry curtain walling with a glazed canopy over the entrance for aesthetics.
