Project Description:

The works comprised of the construction of a 269 m² Storage Building for Markon Ltd as desired. The works included; building footprint, framed steel structure, cladding, brickwork and blockwork, concrete service yard, mono block car park, Surface & foul water drainage systems, yard & car park lighting, roller shutter and personnel door installation.

• Formation of concrete service yard area.
• Formation of mono block Carpark and Footpaths
• Installation of storm surface water drainage system and tie in to existing main Lines.
• Installation of a foul water drainage system and tie in to existing main line.
• Erection of Structural Steelwork
• Erection of Cold Rolled Steelwork
• Installation of a composite panel roof
• Installation of composite panel wall cladding
• Installation of concrete floor slab
• Installation of a glass canopy
• Provision of utilities water & electricity
