Project Description:

Construction of a 1.5MW twin intake run of river hydro scheme on the Gogo and Greeto Waters above Largs including 3.6km of pipework, 7km of roads and 2 powerhouses.

Greeto - 1MW
• Excavation of trenches and installation of 1.6km of HPPE Pipe
• 46.5t new access bridge
• Powerhouse and outfall
• Reinforced Concrete Intake with Coanda Screen
• 5 no. Reinforced ConcreteThrust Blocks
• Reinstatement of ground following installations

Gogo - 500kW
• Excavation of trenches and installation of 2km of HPPE Pipe
• 46.5t new access bridge
• Powerhouse and outfall
• Reinforced Concrete Intake with Coanda Screen
• 6 no Reinforced ConcreteThrust Blocks
• Reinstatement of ground following installations

• Construction of 7km of access roads. (4km of new forestry road with ditches and culverts 3k  permanent access road)

• Additional 3.6km of temporary access.
