Contract: SBCC Minor Works Building Contract

Project Description:

Replacement of the existing wall panelling and seating

Works Included:

  • Initial removal of the existing yellow cladding panels
  • Encapsulation of the timber frame with a flame retardant board
  • Installation of a new composite aluminium cladding
  • New stainless steel platform seating

 

The project delivery plan was key to the success of this project ensuring normal passenger flow was maintained and works were executed safely with installation of a bespoke site hoarding system. The project was delivered on time and to budget with First ScotRail and Transport Scotland delighted with the end result.
