Project Description:

Upgrade of existing link road including realignment and widening as part of the Clyde Gateway Regeneration Project.

Works Included:

  • Deep drainage including construction of a concrete headwall with outfall into the River Clyde
  • Service installations including diversions of various existing utilities and street lighting
  • Construction of 50 metres of gabion walling
  • Kerb realignment including construction of new section of carriageway (450 metres)
  • Upgrade of existing carriageway surface and a further 200 metres of new surface
  • Soft landscaping package
  • Fencing package
